The women who are most committed to following God, praying faithfully, and striving to honor Him in their relationships often feel anxious, stuck, and uncertain. They long to date well, to break free from repeated patterns of heartbreak, and to walk confidently toward marriage, but they keep getting ghosted, repeating old cycles, or questioning if something is “wrong” with them. They want to honor God, yet no one has shown them how to regulate their emotions, heal their attachment wounds, or navigate dating in a way that aligns with both their faith and their emotional health. The church may not have taught them, their family may not have taught them, and even well-meaning mentors haven’t given them the tools to do this successfully.
No one has taught you that there is a better way. Â
